Licensed in 1993. Received my Broker's License in 2002. I have been an active participant in the building and remodeling of 100 + homes in a 7-year time span. With such an extensive knowledge of the building and construction of homes, I feel that I have an added advantage in giving my clients an extra edge when it comes to buying or selling a home. Instrumental in the overseeing the beginning and completion of a multi-million-dollar lake development Lake Pointe, Kaw Lake, Ponca City. I did all the negotiating with the utility companies for installation. Worked closely with the engineer for the survey and plating of the development. Kept the owners/investors informed of all steps. They did not reside in town. Experience in liquidating/downsizing of a loved one's treasures in a home. Dedicated to serving each and every client 100%. I am an excellent negotiator. I believe it is a very important part of being a realtor. and having the experience in the construction part of building a home. Owned a children's store in Edmond for 5 yrs. I own and operate Duchess Estate Sales. My 1st yr in real estate I sold 1 million with in the first 6 months w/ReMax then w/C21 I was awarded- the Diamond and Ruby several times.
